An inter-church ministry designed to encourage mentoring, discipleship, and the teaching of women with the goal of producing equippers who will nurture growth in others. The intent is to stimulate spiritual growth and maturity in a variety of ways, depending on the need. Short-term mentoring, Bible study with an individual or group, or long-term discipleship requiring a deeper commitment are all options. The ultimate goal is to strengthen and equip women within their local churches for "the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" as Eph. 4:12 admonishes. |
